Dinner & Quick Facts


I'm a big fan of the good stuff :)
I eat fruit & veggies everyday but this awesome combination appears more often then most. I snack on Almonds throughout the day as well :)


FACTS:

Tomatoe studies have proven the benefits in preventing cancer, heart disease as well as high cholesterol. The Vitamin A in tomatoes works perfectly to keep your hair shiny and strong. In addition, it also does wonders for your eyes, skin, bones and teeth.

Bananas Provide Energy! Because of the abundance of vitamins and minerals, bananas are a great source of natural energy. Eating only two bananas will give you enough energy to exercise or workout for an hour and a half. Bananas are also ideal for eating during that midday lull when you feel tired and sluggish.

Strawberries are an excellent source of insoluble fiber, strawberries promote satiation, a plus when trying to maintain or lose weight. Also, strawberries are very low in calories, with only 49 calories per one cup serving of strawberry halves.

Lettuce has very low amounts of calories, it is a perfect snack for people trying to reduce weight.


Studies have shown that a diet high in fruit can help prevent many of the symptoms of diseases like Alzheimer's disease and other deteriorating conditions of the brain.
